Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Young Living products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The supplements we take are all Young Living supplements, they have a “Seed To Seal” guarantee so you know exactly what is in the supplements and that those ingredients are pure. This is not to put down any other brands, just to express the confidence we have in Young Living and the importance of knowing what is in your supplements.

Young Living has categorized their supplements into 3 categories, Cleansing Nutrition,Foundation Nutrition, and Targeted Nutrition. Cleansing Nutrition focuses on digestive tract health and includes probiotics and enzymes. Foundation Nutrition is comprised of bioavailable vitamins blended with Young Living essential oils that support general whole-body health. Targeted Nutrition supplements are infused with essential oils and support specific needs such as heart health and joint health. This post will just cover the supplements I take and why.

Cleansing Nutrition

MultiGreens

MultiGreens is high in chlorophyll and helps to support healthy digestive, liver and immune system function. MultiGreens works with your nervous, circulatory and glandular systems to help maintain healthy energy levels. It contains spirulina and barley grass which have been reported to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

Foundation Nutrition

OmegaGize

OmegaGize combines three core supplements: Vitamin D3, omega 3 fatty acids, and CoQ10 (ubiquinone). It supports cardiovascular and joint health, as well as healthy eye and brain function. It also acts as an antioxidant and helps with inflammation in the body.

Super C

Super C contains 1440% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C. It also contains citrus bioflavonoids and minerals that help to boost the absorption of vitamin C, along with antioxidants.

Super B

Super B is a Vitamin B Complex that includes Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. It supports cognitive function and cardiovascular health, as well as aids in maintaining healthy natural energy levels and regulating mood. Super B also includes minerals that aid in the assimilation and metabolism of B vitamins, such as Nutmeg essential oil, Orgen-FA (a natural folate source), and bioavailable chelated minerals (zinc, manganese, magnesium, and selenium).

Targeted Nutrition

Sulfurzyme

Sulfurzyme is a proprietary blend of Ningxia wolfberries and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane, an organic form of dietary sulfur). Wolfberries boost the absorption and metabolization of sulfur. MSM helps protect cell membranes, maintain connective tissue and proteins, as well as supporting healthy liver, circulatory and immune system function.

Allerzyme

Allerzyme promotes healthy digestion and boosts amino acid formation. It also helps to relieve digestive discomfort by promoting the breakdown of complex carbohydrates that contribute to gas and bloating.

AgilEase

AgilEase is great for people who exercise regularly or are looking to improve their joint health. AgilEase supports joint flexibility and mobility as well as helping to protect joint cartilage. It can also aid in reducing acute joint inflammation and discomfort, by supporting the body’s natural response to inflammation.

My Thoughts

With the combination of these supplements and weight loss I can say that I feel great. I feel like my day-to-day aches and pains have faded away. I’m not one for taking pills, it’s something I usually avoid if at all possible, but I take these daily, without fail because I am so impressed with how much better I feel. If you’re looking into supplements I highly recommend the Young Living supplements and would encourage you to check them out at the links above. I’ve made them a part of my daily routine and I make sure to keep them stocked at home.
